Co2 production for greenhouse

Hi, I am developping Co2 electronic control systems. I wonder if there could be a cheap alternative to produce Co2 for greenhouses. What is used right now in the industry  to raise the Co2 ppm concentration is:direct Co2 injection and, propane or natural gaz combustion.

Thank you

That seems to be the only recognized method of injecting Co2 for commercial greenhouses.  Theoretical methods such as bringing animals into the greenhouse, dissolving powerplant flue CO2 into water and then into the greenhouse, or MEA stripping which is used by the beverage industry have not been researched very much, there should be more effort in this direction.
