i need help on the design of an animal drawn chemical applicator, which uses traction power.

As a Mech. PE who also happens to farm with draft horse power I have to say that using said power to drive a chemical applicator seems rather antithetical, but I might be able to offer some tips if you'll explain a bit more of what you're looking to do.
